The opportunity to
add additional layers ('objects' in Photo Paint) to canvas provides
one of the great advantages of creating images with a computer graphics
program.
Therefore, every separate layer grants the freedom to experiment with
different compositions and effects without risking unwanted and permanent
changes.
The two Corel cliparts show complex compositions and their decomposition
into different layers allows to check how the final image has been
done.
Every draw, in fact, can be traced to a set of objects which it's
possible to operate, at will, with filters and effects on.
The depliant (below) has been realized with Corel Draw. It has been
produced with diseassembling different cliparts, modifying and reassembling
them on many layers into the final image. Corel Draw, unlike Photo
Paint, doesn't allow to combine the layers with canvas, but provides
for lock of separate layers to forbid further operations. |
