59) How to old an image
That's important:
1) keep always individual layers to edit them one by one;
2) save always masks as alpha channel, to use them time and again;
3) store always a copy of the original images, delete them only when the elaborated image is the final one: it's easier to edit a low than an high number of layers.

Draw the yellow lines on a layer and create their mask;
edit this mask in Paint on Mask Mode (POM) and apply to it:
a) Distort/Displace filter, file 'sand',
b) Noise/Medium filter to soften the edges created by the displace filter.
Normal Mode again: save as channel this new mask and cut, with it, the geometric shape (the yellow area of the underline) on a different layer.

Apply the same tecnique to the mask of the underline (the black area) and to the text mask, always one by one, but use the same configuration in the filter dialog box.
Below: a detail of the text that loses the clear outlines and takes a time-worn look.

The Texture fill, below-left, is used to create, with Color Mask (select some hue of green and brown), the new mask (the central image, below, is in POM mode) to edit the texture fill that will be used (the square, at left up, in the third image), in 'screen' merge mode, to get to image an old look (this layer is the upper one).

Add here and there as it's useful, on a new layer, some brush 'dirt' strokes (= a spray of different dimensions dots), color black 10%.
Get to this brush a configuration of the spacing, in Dab attributes, larger than the default one and use a nib very small (2), orbits button on and the center button off.
Create the mask of this layer and use it to:
a) cut the text and the underline (more yellow areas more deteriorated effect);
b) cut the straight strokes (the scratches) to give them an old look;
c) create many layers of spray with different merge mode, effects and filters;

Now, experiment as much as possible to obtain a realistic damaged look.
